Just a little tip to anyone complaining about the constant tightening up of seat belts (I have a ’73 2002). For 50¢1 purchased a plastic seat belt slide from my local Chevy dealer. These slides are found on all GM cars. The slide, when pushed up against the top holder, will prevent the belt from tightening against your body. The only inconvenience is that you must slide the plastic stopper down when releasing the belt so that it can retract normally. The inconvenience is well worth the elimination of a tightening belt.
Keep up the good work. I really enjoy the articles on maintenance and methods of installing gadgets, etc.
