How To Remove Water Spots
The windows of my 1971 2002 have developed many "water spots" or mineral residue. How can I remove these spots and not damage any rubber seals or the finish on the car?

If the spots are on the windshield, which they probably are not, this is due to a lamination separation. Replace the windshield. If the spots are on the side windows, sunlight seems to cause these Prevention: keep the car out of the sun. Cure: none The spots are in and not on the glass, and there's nothing that can be done.
