Transmission Refill

When draining your manual transmission, you do remember to remove the fill plug first, right? How would you feel if you got it drained and then couldn't get the fill plug out? When refilling using either the regular 80W non-hypoid oil, or 30W non-detergent motor oil, you can use the old trick of a kitchen baster with a length of plastic tubing fitted over the end, or if the thought of Iying under the car with lubricant running down your arm into your armpit does not appeal to you, fill the transmission from the top, using a long length of tubing and a funnel.
