Seatbelt Rewind Repair

When the temperature turned cold my seat belt would not pull forward at all. To solve this problem I pried open the rewind cylinder and sprayed both sides of the weight in the cap with silicon. If the belt is pulled slowly, it comes out and rewinds freely as it should.Author: Bob Trevor
