Electronic Ignition for BMW 2002 Six-Volt Systems

For those of us who have early 1600 and 1800 BMWs and who crank and hope when starting in the cold, Hurst/Airheart has notified us that their electronic ignition will work without changes on our six-volt systems. Wire it precisely as for twelve-volt systems on their instructions. The unit will not necessarily eliminate the starting problem but any help is naturally welcome.
