		<description>I know what you mean, I was part of that lawyers crazyness.  I do work for BMW and they pulled down stuff I had on-line that had been there since 2005 with permission from BMW NA legal in New Jersey and the M brand manager even approved the logo.  It goes to show you they can change the rules whenever they want and randomly without warning enforce them.  It looks bad when they do it to them selfs however(LOL).  I was talking to the people in the office at BMW NA directly who I know and it&#039;s almost funny.  They are puzzled by it all.</description>
